Thierry Boulanger is the Co-Founder, CEO and Creative Director of Sabotage Studio, founded in 2016 they’re looking to create retro-inspired video games. They quickly went from 3 employees to a team of 16 all working with towards the idea of creating modern video games that capture the compelling nature of old video games which was his passion since he was a kid. Their first game “The Messenger” (inspired on Ninja Gaiden) was launched in August 2018 and was critically acclaimed and won many awards including the “Best Debut Indie Game of 2018” Award in Los Angeles and the creators of Ninja Gaiden played and praised their game.

Thierry Boulanger and his amazing team are now working on their new video game called "Sea of Stars", a retro inspired turn based RPG that made over $1.62 Million Canadian Dollars ($1.15 Million USD) in Kickstarter. Sabotage even got Yasunori Mitsuda to compose the music for Sea of Stars. Yasunori Mitsuda is a music composer who composed the music for Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, the Xenosaga series and Inazuma Eleven.
